Tổng quan

Nền tảng máy tính UC-8100 được thiết kế cho các ứng dụng thu thập dữ liệu nhúng. Máy tính tích hợp 1 hoặc 2 cổng serial RS-232//422/485 và cổng kép LAN Ethernet, cũng như 1 ổ cắm Mini PCIe để hỗ trợ các module di động. Khả năng giao tiếp linh hoạt này giúp cho người dùng thích ứng hiệu quả UC-8100 với nhiều giải pháp giao tiếp phức tạp.

UC-8100 được xây dựng dựa trên bộ xử lý RISC Cortex-A8 đã được tối ưu hóa để sử dụng trong các hệ thống giám sát năng lượng, nhưng có thể áp dụng rộng rãi cho nhiều giải pháp công nghiệp khác nhau. Với các tùy chọn giao diện linh hoạt , máy tính nhúng nhỏ gọn này là cổng giao thức an toàn và đáng tin cậy để thu thập và xử lý dữ liệu tại hiện trường cũng như là một nền tảng giao tiếp hữu ích cho nhiều triển khai quy mô lớn khác.

Tất cả thiết bị đều được kiểm tra kỹ lưỡng trong buồng thử nghiệm, đảm bảo rằng nền tảng máy tính là phù hợp cho các ứng dụng nhiệt độ rộng.

Từ khi nhiều giao thức công nghiệp hiện hành không tương thích với cong nghệ IoT, gửi dữ liệu từ các thiết bị cạnh tới cơ sở dữ liệu đám mây thường tiêu hao tài nguyên kỹ thuật. Một công cụ phần mềm tùy chọn được tích hợp vào UC-8100 là ThingsPro™, một bộ phần mềm quản lý thiết bị và thu thập dữ liệu được tích hợp, bao gồm hỗ trợ giao thức Modbus chung, cũng như là giao thức truyền thông IoT MQTT, làm nó dễ dàng chuyển đổi dữ liệu trường sang cơ sở dữ liệu từ xa trong một vài bước đơn giản.

Cybersecurity
• Secure Boot: A novel authentication algorithm proposed to secure platform integration. Only trusted Linux kernel and bootloader should be executed (Patent Pending).
• SUDO Mechanism: Sudo (sometimes considered short for Super-user Do) is a program designed to let system administrators allow some users to execute some commands as root (or another user). The basic philosophy is to give as few privileges as possible but still allow people to get their work done, and the Root account is disabled by default.
• Security Update of existing software packages: All packages in the UC-8100 could be updated for security purposes via Debian or Moxa’s Advanced Packaging Tool (APT) server.
• USB Protection: Provides a mechanism for disabling USB function to avoid USB stick malware attacks.
• SD Write Protection: Provides a mechanism for disabling SD write permission both in the filesystem SD and extended storage SD. (Note: Extended storage SD is only supported by the UC-8112-LX).
