Máy tính nhúng IA260 tích hợp 4 cổng serial RS-232/422/485, cổng Ethernet kép, 8 kênh đầu vào digital, 8 kênh đầu ra digital, 1 đầu ra VGA, 2 host USB, một ổ cắm CompactFlash socket. Máy tính được bọc bởi vỏ nhôm thiết kế công nghiệp chắc chắn, nhỏ gọn, được bảo vệ chuẩn IP40.
Máy tính IA260 sử dụng Cirrus Logic EP9315 ARM9, 32-bit, CPU RISC 200 MHz. Công cụ máy tính mạnh mẽ này hỗ trợ một số chức năng truyền thông hữu ích mà không tỏa quá nhiều nhiệt. Máy tính IA260 hỗ trợ cổng RS-232/422/485, digital I/O và cổng LAN kép, giúp chúng trở nên lý lưởng cho các nền tảng truyền thông trong ứng dụng công nghiệp yêu cầu dự phòng mạng. Ngoài các mã tiêu chuẩn, mã dải nhiệt độ hoạt động rộng (-40 to 75°C) cũng có sẵn sử dụng trong các môi trường tự động hóa công nghiệp khắc nghiệt.
