Tổng quan

Nền tảng máy tính UC-8100-ME-T được thiết kế cho các ứng dụng thu thập dữ liệu nhúng. Máy tính tích hợp 2 cổng serial RS-232/422/485 và cổng LAN Ethernet kép 10/100 Mbps, cũng như ổ cắm Mini PCIe để hỗ trợ các module di động. Những khả năng giao tiếp linh hoạt này cho phép người dùng thích ứng hiệu quả máy tính UC-8100-ME-T với nhiều giải pháp truyền thông phức tạp.

Máy tính UC-8100-ME-T xây dựng dựa trên bộ xử lý Cortex-A8 RISC đx được tối ưu hóa để sử dụng trong các hệ thống giám sát năng lượng, nhưng nó cũng được áp dụng rộng rãi cho nhiều giải pháp công nghiệp khác nhau. Với tùy chọn giao diện linh hoạt, máy tính nhúng nhỏ gọn này là một cổng giao thức an toàn, đáng tin cậy để thu thập và xử lý dữ liệu tại hiện trường cũng như là nền tảng giao tiếp hữu ích cho nhiều triển khai quy mô rộng khác.

Các module nhúng LTE dải nhiệt độ hoạt động rộng sẵn có cho các ứng dụng cần kéo dài nhiệt độ hoạt động. Tất cả đơn vị thiết bị đều vượt qua kiểm tra trong buồng thử nghiệm, đảm bảo nền tảng máy tính nhúng LTE phù hợp cho các ứng dụng dải nhiệt rộng.

Từ khi nhiều giao thức công nghiệp cũ trước đây không còn phù hợp với công nghệ IoT, việc gửi dữ liệu từ các thiết bị cạnh tới dữ liệu đám mây thường tiêu hao nguồn năng lượng kỹ thuật lớn. Một công cụ phần mềm tùy chọn tích hợp trong máy tính UC-8100-ME-T là ThingsPro™, một bộ phần mềm quản lý thiết bị và thu thập dữ liệu được tích hợp bao gồm hỗ trợ giao thức Modbus chung, cũng như giao thức truyền thông IoT MQTT, giúp nó dễ dàng chuyển đổi trường dữ liệu thành cơ sở dữ liệu từ xa chỉ bằng một vài thao tác đơn giản.
